Working with Australian businesses

Can an overseas studio handle branding and web for an Australian business?

Yes, for brand, web, search and print, which are all handed over as finished work rather than performed in a room. The honest limits are worth stating: we cannot attend your office, and live calls land early or late for one of us. Everything else, including revisions and launch, runs over message and email without either side waiting a day.

This is the first question Australian clients ask, so it is the first thing this page answers. The rest of it covers what we do, what it costs and where the limits sit.

How does the time difference actually work day to day?

Most of the work does not need both of us awake at once. You send a brief or feedback, it is picked up the same working day, and the next version is waiting when you start. Where it bites is live calls: a comfortable hour for you is early or late for us, so we keep scheduled calls few and make the written updates good enough that you do not need them. If your project needs daily live calls, say so now and we will tell you whether it will work.

What does branding and a website cost for an Australian business?

Brand identity starts at £149 and a brand launch with a website runs £499 to £1,999. SEO and AI-search retainers start at £400 a month on a six month minimum. Prices are published in pounds and converted at quoting, and the quote is fixed in writing before anything starts.

Can you do SEO for an Australian site?

The technical work travels fine: structure, schema, page speed, local entity markup and the groundwork that AI assistants read. What does not travel is local knowledge of your suburb-level competition, so for local search we will want your input on the terms that actually matter and the competitors you are genuinely losing to.

What about print for an Australian client?

Print production is in-house, but shipping to Australia changes the arithmetic. For most Australian clients we design print-ready artwork to your chosen local printer's specification rather than shipping physical stock, and we say so rather than selling you freight you do not need.

Questions

What businesses in Australia ask us first

Are you based in Australia?

No. We work with Australian businesses remotely. We state that plainly rather than implying a local presence, because it affects how you work with us and you should know before you pay anything.

How do I know the work will be any good if we never meet?

Look at the work first. Every case study on this site states what was delivered, what changed, and an honest note covering the parts that were short-window, fixed-brief or did not go to plan. If that does not convince you, no meeting will.

Do you understand Australian consumer law for website copy?

Not to the standard your lawyer does, and we will not pretend to. We build the site and write the copy, and anything with a compliance obligation attached should be checked by someone qualified in your jurisdiction before it goes live.

Can you work in Australian dollars?

Prices are published in pounds and converted at the time of quoting. The amount and currency are stated on the quote before you commit.

What is the smallest project you will take?

A logo and core brand kit at £149. There is no minimum engagement and no requirement to buy a retainer to get a one-off piece of work done.
