What these prices do and do not include
Are these prices really fixed?
Yes. We agree the number and the scope in writing before starting. If you later want something outside that scope we quote it separately — we do not quietly add it to the invoice.
Is ad spend included in the ads and UGC packages?
No. Management and creative are what you pay us for; the media budget goes directly to Meta or Google from your own account, so you keep ownership of the ad account and the data in it.
Do you take payment upfront?
Project work is split — a deposit to start and the balance on delivery. Rush work, where you need a compressed deadline, is payable in full in advance.
What if I only need one thing?
Every service sells on its own. The packages exist because most people need several at once and it is cheaper bundled — not because we will not do one piece.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices shown exclude VAT where it applies. Your quote states the final figure, so there is no surprise on the invoice.
