Who we are
BranDive is a brand, web and search studio operating from Lahore, Pakistan, serving clients internationally. For any question about this policy, contact info@brandive.uk.
What we collect
We collect only what you give us and what we need to run the site:
- Enquiry details — the name, company, email, phone number, service interest, budget range and message you submit through a form on this site.
- Print quote details — the specification you submit on the Print on Demand form, so we can price the job.
- Usage data — anonymous analytics about which pages are visited, if you have accepted analytics cookies.
We do not buy contact lists, and we do not collect special category data.
Why we use it
Enquiry data is used to reply to you, quote for work, and keep a record of the conversation if you become a client. That is a legitimate interest in responding to a request you made, and where you become a client it is necessary to perform our contract with you.
Who sees it
Your details go to our own inbox and our own database. We do not sell data and we do not share it with advertisers. The only third parties involved are the infrastructure providers that make the site work — our hosting provider, our email provider, and analytics if you accepted it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to 24 months so we recognise you if you come back, then deleted. Client records are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and for six years afterwards where required for tax and accounting.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email info@brandive.uk and we will action it within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU and you are not satisfied with how we handle a request, you can complain to your data protection regulator.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS, form submissions are validated server-side and protected against cross-site request forgery, and admin access requires a password with failed-attempt lockout. No system is perfect; if we ever became aware of a breach affecting your data we would tell you.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
