Most agencies design your brand, hand you a PDF, and leave you to find a printer who has never seen your guidelines. Then the blue on your business card comes back a different blue to the one on your website, and the work you paid for quietly stops looking like a brand. We produce in-house through MJ Printing Solutions, so the person setting the press has the same colour reference as the person who designed the logo.
