Noor Al Saheha Website Case Study, Dubai

Logo design
Letterhead and stationery
WordPress development
PHP website development
Hosting setup
Domain registration

Phase one: Future Core

The company came to us as Future Core Group, referred by an existing client. Referral is the only marketing that costs nothing and means everything, so it is worth stating plainly.

We designed the logo, produced the letterhead and stationery, and built their WordPress site from scratch.

Phase two: the rename

The company was later renamed Noor Al Saheha Technical Services, a Dubai technical services and manpower supply business. The plan was straightforward: point the new domain at the existing site and rename it through.

Updating the domain broke the WordPress install. Rather than spend the client's time unpicking a broken install against a deadline, we rebuilt the site from scratch in PHP.

What the rebuild covered

A multi-page site built in PHP and HTML, with no page builder and no plugin stack to maintain
Booking and enquiry forms routed to the company inbox
Hosting set up and configured
Domain registered and pointed
Live within thirty six hours

Why bespoke rather than another WordPress build

For a business of this size a plugin stack is a liability, not a feature. Nothing expires, nothing needs a licence renewal, and there is no update that can take the site down on a Sunday.

Outcome

What changed

Rebuilt and live within 36 hours of starting
Built in PHP and HTML with no page builder or plugin dependency
Logo, stationery, hosting and domain all handled in house
Second engagement with the same company across a rename

The honest bit

This was a brochure site of up to seven pages, built to a fixed brief with content ready at the start. Thirty six hours is achievable under those conditions. A larger site, or one with bespoke functionality, takes considerably longer and we would not quote thirty six hours for it.

FAQs

Questions this project raises

How was a website rebuilt and live in thirty six hours?

It was a brochure site of up to seven pages, built to a fixed brief with the content ready at the start, in PHP and HTML with no page builder or plugin dependency. Thirty six hours is achievable under those conditions. A larger site, or one with bespoke functionality, takes considerably longer and would not be quoted at thirty six hours.

Why was the site rebuilt rather than repaired?

The company renamed from Future Core to Noor Al Saheha and the old install broke during the domain move. Rebuilding it in plain PHP removed the plugin and page builder dependencies that made the original fragile in the first place.

What else was handled besides the website?

Logo, letterhead and stationery, hosting setup and domain registration, all in house. This was a second engagement with the same company, across a rename.

Can you handle a brand rename across digital and print?

Yes. This project is the example: the original brand and website were built as Future Core, and the identity, stationery and site were all carried across when the company became Noor Al Saheha Technical Services.
