The whole brand, not just a site
Barakah Machinery exports HOWO heavy trucks and machinery, sourcing from China and selling into Saudi Arabia, the wider Gulf and African markets. We built the brand from the idea outwards: identity, website, marketing, company profile, catalogues and social media.
The site
The build covers products, machinery, used cars, a blog, news and regional pages, with an admin panel behind it handling products, machinery listings, blog posts, SEO fields, bulk image upload and CSV import. The owner can run the catalogue without touching code.
The audit that forced a rebuild
The site was originally a single page application. An SEO audit found a priority zero problem: the application shipped one hardcoded meta block, so every URL on the site declared itself a duplicate of the homepage. Google had indexed exactly one URL. Every product page, every regional page and every blog post was invisible.
We re-architected it. Every public route is now server rendered by PHP reading MySQL, with the React application kept for the admin only and no Node runtime in production. Canonical host, redirects and a database driven sitemap were set at the same time, and robots.txt was opened to the AI crawlers as well as the search engines.
Beyond the website
We produced a keyword and content strategy from Semrush data, a marketing strategy and a branded deck, and moved on to video content. One piece, a public warning about scam listings for a thousand dollar car from China, went viral.
